The wait seems to be almost over, as Marco Huck (38-2-1, 26 KOs) looks set to take on Krzysztof Glowacki (24-0, 15 KOs) in the not too distant future. Last week the World Boxing Organization notified the current Super-Champion that the polish fighter would be installed as the new mandatory challenger to his cruiserweight title. And the German is quite excited about the news.
Marco Huck (38-2-1, 26 Kos) has arrived at the Mecca of boxing. The reigning WBO Cruiserweight World Champion has touched down in Las Vegas, Nevada after a 14 hours flight. But the 29-year-old didn’t travel to Sin City to try his luck at the slot machines. Instead he will attend the 27th annual Convention of the World Boxing Organization (WBO) which this year is being held at Caesars Palace between October 27th and 31st.
Today Marco Huck celebrates his 10th anniversary. The current WBO-Cruiserweight-Super-Champion has been part of the professional ranks for a decade now. During this time the 29-year-old fought 41 fights, recording 38 wins of which 26 came early and one draw.
